YES - Support is included until your licence expires. Customer support is free and the help desk can be contacted Monday - Friday 9am-5pm and email support is also available: support@postcodesoftware.co.uk

How do I get new updates for the software?

We control the updates. Any updates that the Royal Mail do to the postcode database will be available through the software ensuring that your searches will always have the most up to date information available. We update the data on a regular basis.

What happens when my 12 month licence runs out?

You need to purchase another 12 month licence, this can be done by clicking on the link below which will take you to our payment page.
