Do I get support once I have purchased the software ?
YES - Support is included until your licence expires. Customer support is free and our help desk can be contacted Monday - Friday 9am-5pm and email support is also available:
Updates for PostcodeSoftware are available quarterly. Any updates that the Royal Mail do to the postcode database will be available through the software ensuring that your searches will always have the most up to date information available. When a new version of the software is available we will update the web service. So you dont have to worry about updates.
